FOR THE PURPOSE OF SYSTEM CONTROL

For the purpose of system control, the country has been divided into seven areas each having a Grid Control Centres. The overall operation of these seven control centres is controlled and supervised by National Control Centre in London.  The seven grid control centres are located in Manchester.
The standard tabulator is mainly intended for other forms and special layouts.  It can be used independently or in conjection with the machanical memory if additional stops are required.
Need of planning in calculated progress is more the proved. India's Five year plans are an attempt to translate the economic needs of the country into a national programme of constructive work for the fullest and best utilization of country's national resources.  With proper planning we not only measure the stages of progress but to a great extent save the costs. Planning alone permits us to pre-judge the cost and time required to accomplish a particular task.
Co-operation is a form of organisation in which persons voluntarily associate together on a basis of equality for the promotion of their economic interest. Those who come together have a common economic aim which they cannot achieve by individual isolated action because of the weakness of the economic position of a large majority of them. This element of individual weakness is overcome by them pooling of their resources.
Industrial expansion in the country was the need of the hour. Various Industries large scale and small scale were organised and established on modern lines, specially the iron and steel, cotton, cloth, sugar and consumer goods industries have made marked progress.
The South Asian Association for regional Cooperation is the world's most populous regional grouping. We have agreed on a programme and schedule of work that will ingrain in us the habit of cooperation. We have given ourselves institutions which will adopt to our widening cooperation. These decisions have been arrived at with rapidity, great cordiality and a striking unity of purpose. We have discovered that in seeking the destiny of South Asia we speak in the same idiom.

सिस्टम नियंत्रण के उद्देश्य से, देश को एक ग्रिड कंट्रोल सेंटर वाले सात क्षेत्रों में विभाजित किया गया है। इन सात नियंत्रण केंद्रों का समग्र संचालन लंदन में राष्ट्रीय नियंत्रण केंद्र द्वारा नियंत्रित और पर्यवेक्षण किया जाता है। सात ग्रिड नियंत्रण केंद्र मैनचेस्टर में स्थित हैं।
मानक सारणी मुख्य रूप से अन्य रूपों और विशेष लेआउट के लिए अभिप्रेत है। अतिरिक्त स्टॉप की आवश्यकता होने पर इसे स्वतंत्र रूप से या मैक्निकलिकलमोरी के साथ उपयोग किया जा सकता है।
गणना की प्रगति में नियोजन की आवश्यकता अधिक सिद्ध होती है। भारत की पंचवर्षीय योजनाएं देश की राष्ट्रीय संसाधनों के पूर्ण और सर्वोत्तम उपयोग के लिए रचनात्मक कार्यों के राष्ट्रीय कार्यक्रम में देश की आर्थिक आवश्यकताओं का अनुवाद करने का एक प्रयास है। उचित योजना के साथ हम न केवल प्रगति के चरणों को मापते हैं बल्कि बहुत हद तक लागतों को बचाते हैं। अकेले नियोजन हमें किसी विशेष कार्य को पूरा करने के लिए आवश्यक लागत और समय का पूर्व-निर्धारण करने की अनुमति देता है।
सहयोग संगठन का एक रूप है जिसमें व्यक्ति स्वेच्छा से अपने आर्थिक हित को बढ़ावा देने के लिए समानता के आधार पर एक साथ जुड़ते हैं। जो लोग एक साथ आते हैं उनका एक सामान्य आर्थिक उद्देश्य होता है जिसे वे अलग-अलग पृथक कार्रवाई द्वारा हासिल नहीं कर सकते हैं क्योंकि उनमें से अधिकांश की आर्थिक स्थिति कमजोर होती है। व्यक्तिगत कमजोरी के इस तत्व को उनके संसाधनों के पूलिंग द्वारा दूर किया जाता है।
देश में औद्योगिक विस्तार समय की आवश्यकता थी। विभिन्न उद्योगों में बड़े पैमाने पर और छोटे पैमाने पर संगठित और आधुनिक लाइनों पर स्थापित किया गया था, विशेष रूप से लोहा और इस्पात, कपास, कपड़ा, चीनी और उपभोक्ता वस्तुओं के उद्योगों ने उल्लेखनीय प्रगति की है।
दक्षिण एशियाई क्षेत्रीय सहयोग संगठन, दुनिया का सबसे अधिक आबादी वाला क्षेत्रीय समूह है। हम एक कार्यक्रम और कार्य की अनुसूची पर सहमत हुए हैं जो हमारे सहयोग की आदत को प्रभावित करेगा। हमने खुद को ऐसी संस्थाएँ दी हैं जो हमारे व्यापक सहयोग को अपनाएँगी। इन फैसलों को कठोरता, महान सौहार्द और उद्देश्य की एक शानदार एकता के साथ प्राप्त किया गया है। हमने पाया है कि दक्षिण एशिया के भाग्य की तलाश में हम उसी मुहावरे में बात करते हैं।
