Real Meaning of Teacher

An ideal teacher is remembered forever fort his services. We can take the name of Dr. Radha Krishnan as an example of an ideal teacher. He is no more physically, but he is alive in our memory. He is always remembered for his services. September 5 is celebrated as 'Teacher's Day' every year. It is celebrated as the birth anniversary of an ideal teacher - Dr. Radha Krishnan.
An ideal teacher is a nation-builder. He has many qualities. The effect of his personality on students lasts long. Students remember him for long. He is loved and respected by his students. He wins the heart of his students. He tries to make students responsible citizens.
An ideal teacher loves his subject. He has the knowledge of the subject he teaches. He asks his students to love their subjects. He teaches them the subjects in an interesting way. He activates the mind of the students. He develops in them love for learning. He deals with the subject well. He makes his subject interesting.
An ideal teacher is man of culture. He has a sense of duty and responsibility. He is honest to his students and his profession. Character-building is the chief goal of an ideal teacher. An ideal teacher is always friendly to his students. He never try to be difficult for his students.
An ideal teacher is always impartial. He treats all his students alike. The students do not like such teachers as always find faults with their works. So an ideal teacher is always sympathetic and fatherly to his students. An ideal teacher is always sympathetic and fatherly of his students. An ideal teacher is always with his students. He continues to guide them throughout their life.

एक आदर्श शिक्षक अपने विषय से प्यार करता है। उसे उस विषय का ज्ञान है जो वह पढ़ाता है। वह अपने छात्रों से अपने विषयों से प्यार करने के लिए कहता है। वह उन्हें रोचक तरीके से विषयों को पढ़ाता है। वह छात्रों के दिमाग को सक्रिय करता है। उनमें सीखने के लिए प्रेम विकसित होता है। वह विषय के साथ अच्छी तरह से व्यवहार करता है। वह अपने विषय को रोचक बनाता है।
एक आदर्श शिक्षक संस्कृति का मनुष्य होता है। उसके पास कर्तव्य और जिम्मेदारी की भावना है। वह अपने छात्रों और अपने पेशे के प्रति ईमानदार हैं। चरित्र-निर्माण एक आदर्श शिक्षक का मुख्य लक्ष्य है। एक आदर्श शिक्षक हमेशा अपने छात्रों के अनुकूल होता है। वह कभी भी अपने छात्रों के लिए कठिन होने का प्रयास नहीं करता है।
एक आदर्श शिक्षक हमेशा निष्पक्ष होता है। वह अपने सभी छात्रों के साथ समान व्यवहार करता है। छात्र ऐसे शिक्षकों को पसंद नहीं करते हैं, जो हमेशा अपने कामों में दोष ढूंढते हैं। इसलिए एक आदर्श शिक्षक अपने छात्रों के लिए हमेशा सहानुभूतिपूर्ण और पिता के समान होता है। एक आदर्श शिक्षक हमेशा अपने छात्रों के लिए सहानुभूति और पिता होता है। एक आदर्श शिक्षक हमेशा अपने छात्रों के साथ होता है। वह जीवन भर उनका मार्गदर्शन करता रहता है।
