 Tips to get started Meditation  (1) Choose a quiet and comfortable place for Meditation.  (2) Select a convenient time to start Meditation. (3) The sunrise and the sunset is the best time for the Meditation. (4) Be calm and relaxed and do not proceed in a Hurry. (5) Choose a comfortable sitting posture.  (6) The spinal cord should always be straight during the session. (7) Keep a relatively empty stomach. (8) Close your eyes. (9) Take a few deep breaths to calm the body and mind. (10) Repeat your Mantra silently. (11) Return to the MANTRA when distracting throughts arise. (12) When it is time stop Repeating the MANTRA.
